CW’s 100th Commencement Ceremony

The College of Westchester celebrated its 100th Commencement Ceremony at Westchester County Center on Thursday, May 26, 2016.  As part of the celebrations, the event included opening remarks by President Mary Beth Del Balzo as well as Harry Alford as the Keynote Speaker. You are future leaders of this great country and I inspire you to keep your heads up and think about that.” Mr. Alford is the President and CEO of the National Black Chamber of Commerce. For the last twenty years, Mr. Alford has established himself as perhaps the nation’s preeminent champion of African American business empowerment.

With over three decades involved with The College of Westchester, President Del Balzo congratulated the Class of 2016 as the college celebrates its 101 anniversary, “The value of a college education is limitless. I encourage you to hold fast to tonight’s vision, your dreams realized and dreams come true, and feel your success now as you set your next big goal! Remember to be the change you wish to see in the world.”

Christina Ramirez earned her Associate in Applied Science

Kemique Jacobs earned his Bachelor in Business Administration
