Annette Casserly has recently been promoted to Chief of Staff at The College of Westchester and now serves as a member of the President’s Cabinet. Annette started working at the College in 1994 as the Secretary of the Executive and Business Offices and progressed throughout the years to the most recently held position of Executive Operations Director.
As Chief of Staff, Annette works closely with the President, aiding in collaboration and supporting all functions of the office as needed. She also contributes to shaping and executing the college's strategic vision, optimizing day-to-day operations, and identifying areas for enhancement and efficiency. Additionally, she supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives. Annette also serves as a Board Member for The College of Westchester Charitable Foundation, and serves as a member of The CW Way Committee, and the MSCHE Steering Committee, all of which demonstrate her commitment to advancing the college's mission and values.
Annette holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature from Marist College and a Word Processing Specialist Certificate from The Westchester Business Institute (now CW). She is married with twin daughters and resides in Dutchess County, NY.
