Ty was born on the Caribbean Island of Antigua and later attended the Mount Vernon STEAM Academy for high school, where he developed a strong foundation in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics and graduated in 2022.
As a first-generation college student currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in digital media and marketing, Ty is set to graduate in May of 2025. His career path to date has been focused on developing expertise in graphic design, branding, and digital marketing strategies, positioning himself for a future in the creative and business industries.
Ty chose to attend The College of Westchester because of its strong digital media and marketing program, supportive learning environment, and focus on career development. The college’s resources and opportunities aligned well with his goals, making it the ideal place to further his education and prepare for his future career.
Ty is a distinguished member of the Sigma Beta Delta Honors Society and has consistently earned recognition on both the Dean’s List and the President’s List for his academics. His career goal is to excel in digital media and marketing, using his skills in graphic design, branding, and digital strategy to create impactful content and campaigns. He aims to work in a creative environment where he can grow and make a meaningful impact.
Suzana, married and a mother of two children, was born in Haiti. She completed her studies there, earning her high school diploma as well as a university degree in management. Suzanna’s decision to pursue her education at CW was due to the institution’s success over many years. In 2026, Suzanna will earn her associate degree in Human Services. Her goal is to contribute to improving the lives of people in need byproviding essential support services.
